Great Laptop
Nowadays laptops are getting so powerful and efficient that it isn’t as important to get the newest one. I’m just using this for my work as a real estate agent so all I need is for it to be light, slim, and get great battery life, which it absolutely does. I was a bit nervous to get a refurbished one, but after half a year it has been flawless, works perfectly and LOOKS brand new. I ran a battery test on it and it has almost no degradation and for my uses of it, the battery lasts anywhere from all day to 3-4 days. Absolutely incredible from a used laptop from a few years ago.

Very Nice Laptop
I was a little reluctant to by a “used” computer, I was persuaded by the price and the fact this one was marked “Premium.” Turned out to be a good call. It is super! In fact, although it is a 2022 model, I think it is actually new. It came well packaged and clean. Everything works like it is brand new.

Arrived in Amazon renewed box and included fast charger. Was hoping they were genuine apple but not a huge deal that they are the knock off’s. Item looks basically brand new and actually came with 2 years left of apple care plus!Overall, great deal considering the fact the apple care was included. Si eres de LATAM y te preguntabas si valía la pena comprar esta laptop reacondicionada premium, a mi TMB me dio miedo.Pero viendo que en Costa Rica la versión 256gbs costaba $1800 USD y en Panamá $1500, encontrar está en $998 + $17 de envío a Panamá fue una buena apuesta.Esta versión es la de 512 + 8 de RAM y venía en una caja idéntica a una nueva pero sin la imagen de la laptop en la parte superior. Todo lo demás igual con su cable del mismo color y cargador.Nada de muestras de uso ni rasguños. Lo que ves en las fotos es como se ve con mi uso dos meses después. Es muy rápida y ligera. Lo malo es estarla limpiando pero entre el stand de Moft y el skin que le comprare, no habrá problemas.

Basically brand new
If I didn’t know better, I would think that this was a brand new laptop! I’m not very tech savvy to go into detail about specs and whatnot, but it’s clean, and has 100% battery health, and I couldn’t ask for more! You may want to not opt for this color if you dislike seeing fingerprints as it attracts very easily, but it personally doesn’t bother me.

Excellent Macbook Air M2 | Can’t add Applecare+
Macbook Air M2 – 8gig ram | 512 ssd – This is the upgraded version with the 512 storage with the (2) NAND chips, meaning it’s a faster Solid State Drive. Well worth this price of $999 at the time of this review. Laptop came in its original box, sealed. Only thing I don’t like, Apple says this laptop can’t be covered under the Applecare+ plan as this laptop is sold as “refurbished”. Keep that in mind. Other than that this M2 laptop is Superb for its performance. It edits like a Pro Macbook. I us the latest Final Cut video editing software. I can livestream to twitch/youtube & record my gameplays at the same time with no hiccups. Ofcourse needing the Elgato game capture card along with OBS. It’s a excellent apple laptop.

I was a bit nervous about purchasing a renewed MacBook, especially since I only had one previous experience with used items (a perfect working pair of Beats Solo 3). After doing a lot of research and watching reviews on YouTube, I decided this was the way to go, since I already own an M2, and I am very pleased with my decision!!The MacBook looks brand new—no scratches or fingerprints at all! Can’t believe this was refurbished. Top quality
In full transparency, I had to order two of these items from two different sellers. The first one did not work out. Charger would not work (it was generic). Packaging was fine (Green Amazon box). I had to return it. The second one I ordered exceeded expectations. This was likely refurbished by Apple. Plastic wrap around the white box, branded charger, not a single blemish. Screen protecting film. I felt like I was buying a new Apple laptop. Everything has worked great. I would recommend buying refurbished again, but recognize it might take more than one try.

Awesome Possum
Great value for your money. My MacBook came with no scratches or chips missing. All buttons and function work perfectly. The battery life seems like it’s brand new. It holds a charge for a very long time, not sure exactly how long though. In the battery life settings, it shows the MacBook has normal battery life. I don’t know why apple removed the percentage health, but I’m assuming “normal” battery life is either 90 or 95 percent and up. Overall I have no complaints and I love how smooth easy everything is. Also, I saw there were a lot of reviews saying that they had a non-Apple or defective charging cable, but mine is an Apple charging cable. I know this because on the cube, it says its designed in Apple California and its got the model number and stuff.

Overall good, charger however doesn’t work.
The macbook itself only has a tiny scratch on the top but it’s barely noticeable. The charger however did not work. The block that goes into the wall doesn’t work, i had to order a new one. But for the price of the macbook it’s perfect ! I would highly recommend it , but plan on ordering a new charger.

So I called back Amazon and said I shouldn’t be treated any differently. I was issued credit and ordered another charger. It works. Laptop is fine. I wish we could have worked this out the first time I called.Sunday, March 2, 2025The charger doesn’t work. I just want to keep the laptop and get a replacement charger. But no, I have to return both the laptop and charger, and wait at home over the next three business days for the carrier to pick up my return package. This is an awful customer experience.

It’s the CHARGER!!!! Don’t return it before checking the charger!!!
I ordered my computer and received a brick on delivery. Nothing. Not a flickering light. Could not turn it on. Could not charge it. Not even a 1% charge to light up my screen to tell me the computer needs charging. I returned it immediately (bc I need it for work) and, with questionable logic, ordered another one. Same exact problem. “Order the same broken thing twice, shame on me.” THIS TIME, in trying to arrange the return, I stumbled on the tech support and HAPPENED to have time to speak about my frustration and somehow, trouble shooted our way though it enough to realize that it looks like there are BADLY REFURBISHED CHARGERS (more specifically – charger cords) floating around, but the computers seem to be fine. Here is how to fix it:From your charger (that comes with the computer): IF nothing happens to you computer (= BRICK), take off mag charger and replace with USB-c to USB-c cord from charger to computer (this makes total sense when you have the charger/computer in hand). IF YOUR COMPUTER CHARGES, order the following product:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D7ZDB91H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1It is called the: USB-c to Magnetic 3 cable compatible with MagSafe Charging for ….. (you don’t need the rest). While you contact customer service and request that that be sent to you free of charge bc they sent you a faulty charger, you can still charge your computer with the USB-c to USB-c cord that you hopefully have floating around your house. Otherwise, the cord above SHOULD fix your issue. If it does not, well, this is not the review for you.

Did You Forget Something?
The charging power supply is garbage. Had to buy an off brand charger to recharge unit. Disappointing because now it doesn’t have the ability to be mobile due to no power supply. Did you forget to TEST the products before you shipped them off? Very disappointed in your service.

Ordered two macbook laptops for my twin grandsons….when they opened their presents one of the macbooks was not working at all….sent back and had to reorder for $200 more than I paid in October….very disappointed…I think the company was Technic, IncThe company should be held accountable and they should make sure items work well before shipping…

Before I purchased this MacBook, I tried a 2019 MacBook and it was insanely slow and wouldn’t work for what I need. The only caveat was that this device didn’t come with any charge and was dead. The device was clean and neatly packaged!This MacBook is 10x better. Great speed and the keyboard quality is great. My device came with a charger cable and brick. There’s no scratches and it’s like new. Very happy with my purchase.

Love it – It felt brand new out of the box
I think this was suppoed to be refurbished, but it’s in perfect condition – no wear or tear whatsoever, so whether or not it’s brand new isn’t even an issue for me, it feels as new as any other mac I’ve purchased. The battery life is absolutely insane, like SEVERAL HOURS of battery life without even worrying about it.This was a total impulse purchase, I didn’t need it as I already have a newer macbook pro, I just hate lugging the macbook pro around, and this seemed like an easier laptop to carry around when I’m working outside of the office, and it definitely is. My only gripe is that it’s small, but that’s not really a valid gripe. I knew what I was getting, and performance wise, it’s way better than I imagined.

I received my MacBook Air (2022 M2) today. I charged it to full capacity and have using it all day and only used 10 percent battery. Of course this is with typing up documents and using the web.Let me tell you, this laptop is not refurbished. It came in the original SEALED Apple packaging! This seller is amazing when it comes to these laptops. I was amazed that it is new and in the original packaging. The cost was less than buying on the Apple store and is worth every penny. This MacBook Air is so quiet! No fans to annoy me when downloading updates or prolonged use. This is exactly what I needed to replace my 10 year old MacBook. The M2 processor is very fast and the keys are actually satisfying to type on. The trackpad is huge and is perfect for browsing the web and documents. If you’re on the fence about buying a refurbished Apple laptop, get it from this seller!! I bought the midnight color. Love it! It does keep a lot of fingerprints though so I keep the microfiber cloth handy…😂

Good value
This MacBook Air is a replacement for a 2016 MacBook Plus where the screen and a thunderbolt port had given out. So far I am impressed, it arrived promptly and looks brand new, no cosmetic flaws seen, MacOS Monterey was installed. The major problem I have had has been in transferring data from the old machine to the new, this has always been simple in the past, but this time around was a nightmare:- no screen on the old MacBook, a change of modem, router and password by my internet provider in the interval before receiving the new laptop and various software incompatibilities with the new silicon chip system in the new machine. So far I have managed to retrieve data from the cloud (with difficulty) but I cannot connect wirelessly to my printer and am totally unable to scan. I now plan to repair the old MacBook plus as a backup.On the positive side, the Air is lighter, runs a lot cooler and has a MagSafe power connector then two thunderbolt ports, a big improvement over the Plus which only had two thunderbolt ports which also were the power connection. For my uses its’ performance is indistinguishable from the MacBook plus.

I was veryyy skeptical about buying this because of the price. But for being a (refurbished premium) item it’s all i want/need it to be!! I’ve been using it all day so far and I had charged it all the way and it’s only dropped down to 80%!! No scratches at all! Keyboard had no scratches either 🙂 Looks almost brand new! I wouldn’t know the difference if someone told me this Macbook was used or brand new. I HIGHlY recommend buying the Macbook :)))

i love it so far
everything is fine it has 60 cycles over a 90% battery in coconut battery and it came with 1 year apple care, since it was added by a previous owner i can’t really make changes to the apple care but i dont care about apple care anyways. only flaw would be they put a sticker on the back which seems it will be hard to remove

Basically Brand New!
I can’t believe how flawless this laptop is. I kind of expected to have some sort of issue or flaws (at least minor) and have run across nothing of the sort. The body of the computer is undamaged, and it performs beautifully. There’s plenty of storage, it’s fast and efficient, easy to use, and 100% worth the cost! I know it’s a lot of money to spend on a refurbished product, but this is the second time we have purchased a refurbished Mac in the last 10 years and have been thrilled with the purchase both times. I’m even trying to convince my mom to go this route when her current laptop finally dies. Overall we have been really happy with this laptop, and the 1 year warranty makes it even more worth it!

I was nervous about purchasing a renewed MacBook after reading reviews about them not charging and what not because even renewed they are a pretty penny. I received it fast and the box came with the laptop and charger but no paperwork, no big deal, i have owned apple products before they work mostly the same. I was happy with condition of the MacBook, not a single scratch. I did purchase the renewed premium so i knew the condition would be great it also came with a year and half of Apple Care + that can be extended. Overall a great purchase !

Fake charger
The laptop is in perfect conditions, but the charger that came with it doesn’t work. I think is fake since the Macbook Air charges with 70W at the most (from the Apple website) and the charger says 140W, it doesn’t say anything about being manufactured by Apple and well, it doesn’t work.

I was skeptical at first and took over weeks debating on buying used, but came in perfect condition cosmetically, only downfall is the charger it came with was faulty and had to contact customer support and they were able to fix the issue easily. Delivery was over night and fast. Love it!

I am a senior citizen of 86 years. I’ve !earned that my desk top computer is becoming obsolete and I will need to replace it later this year. My computing needs are now minimal, so I have decided to go with a used MacBook to meet my needs. I’ve used Turbo Tax for many years and will now convert to a different operating system. My initial experience has been very positive, bisut I have a lot to learn. The MacBook is a quality built computer that is light in weight and nicely finished. I am confident with my basic skills and am looking forward to a new learning experience.
