At Azonate, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality fashion and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • With all original tags, labels, and protective stickers/packaging intact.
  • Free from any odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • lingerie, swimwear (due to hygiene reasons), personalized items, final sale items, gift cards, downloadable software

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or our live chat agents to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during shipping. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package which will be sent to your email
  6. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  7. We use trackable shipping method to insure your package for the full value of the item(s). We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 5-10 business days.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

    Please note the following regarding refunds:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
    • If you used a promotional code or discount on your original purchase, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the applied discount.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

    Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

  1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures that you receive the correct item and that your new order is processed quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or the live agents within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

    We will review the information and offer one of the following solutions:

    • A full refund, including shipping costs.
    • A replacement item, shipped to you at no additional cost.
    • A partial refund, if you choose to keep the item.

    We may require you to return the damaged or defective item to us. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Order Cancellation
