Very solid headset, great value with refurb Quality is very good, pleased with ease of use and setup was a breeze. Had some slight concerns about buying refurbished, but took the risk to save $100 and it was well worth it. I even got an extra battery out of it (new it comes with 2 batteries, mine came with 3!) so far I’m pleased with performance for both music and gaming.

Best headset especially for PC+Console Best headset I’ve owned. Awesome to use for PC and console simultaneously. Use the Xbox app for party chat and be able to listen to sound on PC and console. The extra battery makes it so you never have to worry about your headset dying.Easy to use and beats LucidSound and any Turtlebeach headset I’ve used. No problems so far!

My god, these are the best gaming head phones I have ever owned. The sound when you are in parties for ps4 is a little tricky to figure out and does impact sound quality a little when trying to balance game sound and party sound but other then that they are absolutely amazing.

I haven’t run into any issues with these so far! I have a bigger head but for the most part those fit nice and are comfortable for long gaming sessions! They do literally everything I want and so much more! Will definitely buy again when this pair breaks!

Impressive sound and mic quality, but not very impressed with the “stock” ear coverings. Luckily I had a previous pair that came with an upgraded set of coverings, but I recommend upgrading them if you buy this item. Well worth the investment. Terrific product, highly recommend

Why did I wait so long!
I use Discord, listen to hi res music and live on web conferences 5 days a week. I did not know how much my audio life sucked until I bought this gear. I heard the difference and the feedback from those on the other end was that I sounded like a professional podcaster. I went from the crapy PC mic and speaker to professional podcaster. It was not only a shock to what I heard but for those listening to me. No issues connecting to all my Apple and PC devices via Bluetooth or the wireless DEC. I have enough wires in my life and do not want to be tethered to my devices. I highly recommend you buy these – great value and quality gear!

I love this headset. All works great. The best part of this headset is the additional battery it comes with that is readily available to swap out and charges at the base /amp module. The setup is easy with volume and control knob both on headset and amp base. The sound is very clear and u really can hear the highs. Bass is good but i have hear better with wired artics. I think its a solid buy, but if it wasn’t for the refurbished price – I don’t think I would have bought new at new cost.

I use a recommended equalizer from Linus Tech Tips, small tweeks to help sound levelsIn CoD and other games, I could hear foosteps and small sounds like CRAZY. I almost had to turn my volume down.Comfort:I wore these all day when I got them and no discomfort. I came from HyperX Cloud 2’s which are wicked comfy, but somehow these might be better!I’ll update if anything changes

I was a little hesitant buying something that was refurbished, I suspect my purchase though to be a quick return for the previous customer because there were no scratches, dents, or any other blemish, they look brand new. Best headset I’ve ever had so far, mic quality is great and sound is great as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone if they can scratch up the cash.

I LOVE these headphones. The swappable batteries are a great feature that I enjoy very much; while the headset is using one battery, the other one is being charged by the transmitter base station so I can readily swap batteries when need be. Being able to talk on FaceTime via Bluetooth and also hear my game is a feature that I truly appreciate. The adjustable strap was a first and I gotta say it’s pretty darn good. It has good sized ear cups for my big ears. I upgraded from the Steelseries Arctis 1 wireless and I see nothing but improvements.

This is in my Honest Opinion, The Highest Quality headset and I recommend to literately everyone looking to invest a portion of their money. Before I Bought this headset I spent weeks on which Gaming Headset to buy and after roughly 23 Youtube videos on just this headset alone I decided to buy it to test it out and DAMN this headset is amazing. The Product arrived neatly stacked and covered, everything was brand new just out of the Original product box (But who cares its just a box, its the headset we want). I Use this headset for Playing CS:GO and PubG and Damn I never knew there were so many sounds you can hear in a damn game and I hook up my phone through Bluetooth and play some spotify while its connected to my PC, PS4, and It even connects to Both Switch and Xbox with phone which is pretty nuts that it can play 2 Bluetooth devices at the same timePros:-Connects to PC and PS4 with easy through the Box, and it can hook up to switch and xbox through Bluetooth working just fine.-For PC you can download the Steelseries Engine that allows you to update the firmware and completely customize the sound quality of the Headset.-For PS4 you can easily adjust the sound and equalizer through the box-This Headset Range is Extremely large and it can depend on the density of the walls or area you walk but doesn’t effect the sound at all.-The Mic is unrealistically good and with the wind screen (black foam cover) the quality becomes even crisper to the point where I would even compare it to a Blue Mic.-The Adjustable band makes it super easy to fit any head and there’s no uneasy pressure making it super comfortable to the point where you can forget its on your head.-The Batteries last up to 12 hours sometimes longer depending on the amount of usage and it comes with 2 of them and they charge fairly quick.-The Bluetooth connection is pretty amazing and works perfectly for phone calls.Cons: ( I Personally cant find any so here are some that people have told me about.-People complain about the Volume button being on the headset and they Accidentally Change the volume when adjusting the headset.-People complain that the Headset can seem like its missing bass or the sound isn’t working right. (That can be stopped by turning the volume max on what ever you are listening to and then adjusting the volume using your headset) if that doesn’t change the quality then you might have a messed up speaker-People complain about it not connecting to Xbox correctly.(But it does connect to Xbox easily just connect it through Bluetooth and it works just fine, I got it to connect to my Xbox One just fine.On a Side note I want to thank the Seller for taking great care of the product and shipping it so fast especially with the pandemic going on.

Top tier headphones
So, I would like to start off with the negatives first, but the asterisk on them is it was my fault for not researching enough. I play mainly on Xbox, and these headphones were labeled to not be for Xbox. I found a “work-around” video that was supposed to let it work for Xbox, but I ran into a new problem; the mic is not functional via game chat on Xbox. The only way to talk to people is to use the Bluetooth functionality to connect to your phone/tablet, use the Xbox companion app and set up a party and invite people into it. Note: you cannot join other’s Xbox parties to talk, it has to be YOURS through Bluetooth, NO other way to talk to people.Now onto the positives, and trust me outside of that particular issue above, it’s pretty much nothing but positives. Sound quality is phenomenal, I prefer a bit more bass in mine but the mids and highs are some of the best quality sound I’ve ever heard in my life. The connecting hub box lets you customize the settings and equalizers in very good ways. The Bluetooth and wireless connections are amazingly well-held, and it’s such a nice feature to have that option to hear your phone calls while playing games. The noise cancellation isn’t the best compared to proper noise cancelling headphones, but the general isolation it gives is fantastic. I was able to hear some things while playing games but it drowned out most annoying background noises.As for comfort, this is the weakest department in my opinion, they are certainly very comfortable and deserve at least 4 stars for most people, but as I have a big head and big ears, I found them to be rather tight for my personal setup. I have found headphones like the Razer Nari to be more comfortable, however I’ve also tried the Arctic 9X and those are actually more comfortable for those looking for comfort above all else.Overall, these are some of the best headphones you can buy – unless you are trying to play on Xbox.

This is a great gaming headset with a lot of cool features.The GREAT:Construction is very sturdy, high dollar materials. Still very light. Most comfortable headset that I have worn. It is not hot, heavy, tight, or bulky. The ski band at the top really helps. These are very sleek looking; you could wear them on a plane without looking silly.Never EVER runs out of battery.Connects to multiple devices simultaneously. I use this feature to listen to music with my phone while I game.Noise cancelling.Just a TON of features to really make these exactly what you want. They have a very balanced sound, and the surround sound is very accurate on these headphones. If enemies are behind you, you’ll hear them behind you.The Good:Sound wise, I give them a 9/10. Still very very good, but not the booming surepund sound you get from the Rig 800 or the Astro 50. Still, at the price point and with all the features, I think these are the better buy.For example, RIGs dont have the longevity and connectivity, and Astros are huge and less comfortable. It is a matter of taste, but dont hesitate to buy, even the refurbished set I got looks and acts brand new.9.9/10

Because it irks me to no end that people give a product 1 star for reasons beyond the product’s control, I’m giving these headphones five stars because they are THE best gaming headphones I have ever worn in the 10 years I’ve been using them across Logitech, Razer, and Astro. Hands-down I love them, they are amazing.However….my renewed set has some issues so I’m returning them and either re-buying renewed or buying a new pair. My set came with a DAC dial that was bent on its axle for some reason, and it would get stuck at certain points when you twisted it. Not the end of the world, but kind of messed up for a $260 purchase. Aux in had an annoying buzzing sound (though I may just need a 3.5mm ground box for that, which can be normal sometimes). The headphones would also pop in bluetooth mode occasionally.So yeah, my renewed experience is a 3/5, not impressed but the unit IS technically functional, but 100% am not satisfied with that condition considering I’m paying nearly $300 for this thing.However the DEVICE is fantastic. If I had bought these new without these issues, I’d be tripping over myself to recommend them. I cannot overstate how good they sound. Very neutral sound without being boring like most audiophile headphones. Just enough bass to make gunshots and explosions thump, but not so much its impossible to listen to music because the mids and highs are really nice as well.

I have had just about every wireless headset on the market… and can honestly say without being paid that these are my favorite…!! All the bells and whistles rolled into one, with sound quality close to bose like clarity. Dont expect heavy bass from these, expect balance and great soumd tracking… I bought 2 pairs and ditched my A50’s !

I was a little concerned when I first used this headset as the volume was VERY low when set on full volume. I then discovered that I could remove the volume limiter which fixed the problem. Overall a very good headset. I love that you can swap the batteries so there is never a time when you have to wait for them to charge.

I wasn’t sure what I would get buying a renewed product. Well, the product I received was basically brand new. Everything was still factory packaged and I’m really liking the headset alot compared to my old Hyper X Cloud Flights. I can pinpoint footsteps much better and they sound so much better then the Flights did. I took a risk on a “renewed” product and so far it paid off 100%. If anything changes I’ll be sure to make changes to the review as this is just based off initial impressions compared to my old headset.

Great quality, was shopping for a good wireless headset and I’m glad I went with these, my only gripe is that for the money the could be a little more comfortable, after a while wearing them they tend to crush my head a bit, but overall good sound quality, good battery life and lots of nice features and sound customization, I’m glad I got them.
