Great Service with Delivery, Great Product
The people who delivered our TV were excellent. They were careful with carrying it in and the unboxing. They lifted it onto the stand and made sure to remove all traces of the box and the packaging. I am so happy with the service. My husband set up the TV and I can tell you that, even though we’ve had the TV for a short time, it will be something we will enjoy.

Nice Picture
This replaces and older 58″ Samsung 6 series TV. It has more vivid colors than the older set, which are especially notable when watching cartoons/anime. I preferred the operating system in the older set, but maybe that’s just because I am used to it. The older TV automatically switched to the HDMI input if that was selected last. The new one seems to default to the Samsung TV+ input, and I need to manually switch to my preferred input. Maybe there is a way to set this but so far it is not obvious using the on-screen OS. Maybe the phone app will have a solution. Anyway, small problem for me, but more problematic for my wife.

Best TV I’ve Ever Owned for a Great Price
This Samsung TV has the clearest and smoothest video and color quality of any TV I’ve ever owned. The sound quality is not bad at all by any standards and if set up in the right place sounds fantastic. The ports are all very accessible and set up in ideal spots in the back of the TV. Whether you use the Samsung Smart TV side or plug in an Amazon FireStick, it works beautifully. This isn’t the cheapest TV, but in a world where many TV’s over $1,000 are rivaled by this one, the value for money is fantastic. Overall, excellent TV for what I think is a good price for what you get.

Samsung QLED 55 in TV
I purchased this TV about two months ago. So far I am very impressed. The set up was easy to follow. The picture is amazing. It’s clear as sharp. It shows just like a 4K TV should and I like the fact the remote doesn’t have batteries you have to purchase a USB type C charging cable and it’s very light and small. I also like that it comes with the Roku channel app so no need to purchase a Roku stick. It’s a great TV with a good price.

Overall a great buy for the money
Love this TV. I have a couple of other Samsung TVs, but this is my first QLED. There is a noticeable difference in the color and contrast, blacks appear much better. It is no OLED, but is half the cost. This model loads apps much faster than my 3-ish year old Samsung smart TV, significantly faster. The menus are also clearer and look much better.I have this TV in my basement home theater so the TV sound is not important, but it seems to be as good as any other similar TV. The remote is very small, for better or worse. Sometimes I like a remote with a few more functions, but I also like the smaller size and simplicity, as well as the rechargeable battery.

Great Picture.
Great Picture. Easy to put together. Setup menu is a little of a pain but was doable. I was a little disappointed I had to setup a Samsung account but I did. I got the 50 inch but if I was going to do it again I would go with the 55 inch, wasn’t sure if the 55 would fit where it was going to go. I’m very happy with the TV and picture.

Exactly what it should be …..
This is a solid entry level QLED Samsung. It replaced a 12-year Samsung 55 inch which did have better sound which is easily overcome w a Bluetooth speaker. After tweaking on the picture settings (as I do with all of our TVs), it looks great. Nothing to dislike or fear here. You can spend and get more but in a 65 inch set, why would you?
