High quality print
Hight quality print. I’ve never had an issue with the HP printers not printing well and I’ve been using them since the late 1990’s. I did not have any issues with printing without having to log into an HP account or set up the ink service, but with that said I haven’t been able to save my scans yet. It’s not a big issue bc I use a Brother MFC-J6555DW 11×17 scanner for all of my scanning, I will continue to work with the HP software to let me save the scans to my laptop. One thing I have missed for the last 3 or 4 HP printers is that once installed on your computer it no longer puts a print icon on the desk top. HP, you need to put that back into your software/drivers.

Great printer, but do read the review about support
The printer was purchased for my wife to use with her business. She had issues and simply would not use it; she kept going back to an older HP Printer that had its own set of issues but printed better than this. So, there were a small number of print jobs on it when I decided to see what was going on. I should have done this sooner. I saw that there were serious print issues that I could not resolve. So, I contacted HP Support, and they went through things with me. In the end, they shipped a replacement printer.All is well with the replacement printer. Excellent print quality, and scan quality. All is well and I highly recommend, as always, HP Printers. The most important feature of a purchase is support, and I must say that HP excelled in this area.

great home-use printer
Love this printer for my home use. It was super-easy to install. However, be aware that the printer ink cartridgs that came with it lasted for less than 70 pages. HP Instant Ink is mailing cartridges to me, but in the meantime I can’t print. That is a temporary inconvenience, since I had several projects going on.

HP provided great customer service
I ordered an HP 7955e Envy Inspire Printer on Amazon. It was scheduled for delivery on Sunday but arrived early (today!). Connecting to the internet was easy with the HP Smart app. Customer support remotely assisted with driver install so I could start printing. HP provides a 3 month trial of instant ink service which I will continue because it has been efficient for me with my previous printer. The printer is attractive and used only in my home office. So far, I’m happy with this printer and with HP customer service.
