Great for the price, no issues setting it up
After reading many reviews about connection to Wi-Fi issues, I seriously considered not purchasing. Since it has a free return policy I decided to give it a chance. Happily, I was able to get it connected on the first try and it literally only took me a couple of minutes. I only print a handful of items a year so this printer works great for me. I would highly recommend!

Good price
Good printer so far. I have had it about a month with no problems. I found it a little hard to set up but made some mistakes first time, went back and followed directions to the letter, step by step, and was successful. It has a lot of features for a low cost printer.

works with Windows XP but a few steps required
This worked for Windows XP. My 79 year old mother is still using an outdated computer with XP. It would not load from the software at first. It wanted service pack 3 on her computer, but she didn’t have internet for me to download that. I tried to download just the driver to a flash or jump drive and that didn’t work either. I finally just told her computer to look for the driver on the disc that came with it and it seemed to find everything it needed, but remember, it will not let you walk through every step of the software program to install. Be sure to set the printer as default under the control panel/printers so it will work. We tried 3 times and it would not print until I remembered that step.

Works easily and without issue. The instructions lead you to download an app and drivers and it’s very easy. Then it’s just plug in the wall and print over WiFi. I print from my MacBook Pro and from my iPhone without issues. Print quality is great too.
