STOPPED WORKING 20 DAYS AFTER RETURN WINDOW CLOSED – WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT TO MY SON

EQUIPMENT MISSING
Unfortunately my order was didn’t come with a charger or charging cord. I know that these headphones are refurbished. No issues about that I expected a lil wear and tear. I also received the wrong carrying case which is supposed to be completely black According to the Amazon sales page. Never had a problem with Amazon Prime until now. Really disappointed

Uncomfortable, not best sound quality and better alternatives
They are a decent price, but for mediocre price you get a mediocre product. I would avoid this pair of headphones if you have glasses or have prominent ears, as they squished my ears back and caused them to seize up a little. Sound quality is meh, better than standard wired Apple headphones but far from the best.I returned these and bought the Bose Soundlink Around-Ear headphones instead. I already have the wires version of those, so I imagine the wireless is similar, and those have way better sound quality and are actually COMFORTABLE. For 50-60 bucks more, if you listen to music a lot, the increased price will pay off.

Very Cheaply Made Piece of Junk!
These are the cheapest made product for the money paid, that I have ever purchased. My daughter insisted she wanted them for a birthday present, and the plastic inner sleeve that touches your head has come apart. The foam covers that go on your ears have peeled away from their clamp. I’ve used Loctite to repair them, cutting the foam insert down on the earpieces. It’s overfilled and the liner fabric was cut too small to stay in the channel that holds it in place. I don’t like reverse engineering products that cost so much money. I bought mine new, not refurbished, so buyer beware. If you’re going to pay so much for a product, look elsewhere.UPDATE:LESS THAN A YEAR AND THEY STOPPED WORKING. IF I COULD GIVE THESE THINGS ZERO STARS, I WOULD. DONT BUY THEM!!!

Not what I was expecting
Honestly I got the first version of beats studio wireless, and they were incredible. However, after using them repeatedly every day for 3 years they broke in half. I was expecting better sound quality judging by the fact that these are a newer version, they’re very loud but the sound quality does not sound like beats and I was very disappointed. The color is super pretty though! Also noise cancellation only happens if you turn them up extremely loud.

Garbage
The foam on right side is half missing and not even in the piece fabric. This is my second purchase of this product. My originals is definitely real beats and this is definitely a knock off!!!!!!!!!!

Fabulous refurbished BEATS!
Love these! Initially, I was skeptical about buying these refurbished from Amazon but decided to take a chance anyway. I’m so glad I did! I saved money and got a top notch product that Is just as good as if I bought it brand new. I keep these with me in my work bag/purse to listening to podcasts and music while I’m working and grocery shopping. I have flown with them and was so grateful for the noise cancellation feature. I have chosen not to workout with them simply because I sweat a lot and wouldn’t want to ruin the padding-but you probably could just fine. I must also say that I love the color! I get so many compliments when I have them on! Great buy! I will be looking closer at refurbished Amazon in the future!

Great Quality for the Price
I was really worried to buy these refurbished, but the product I received was in great condition. I got the red headphones, and even though the description didn’t show a case, it still came with one as well as with all the cords needed. The case was a little banged up (not bad though), and the headphones looked almost new and don’t smell weird or anything. Have been using them for about a month, and they work just as well as the previous pair that I had bought new from beats.

Product came in excellent condition. The headphones are 100% noise cancelling I love them. The only thing it didn’t come with is boxing for the headphones, they came in a case which included 2 cords one to connect to your phone and a charger.

What I was not happy about is the charger was broken when I received it. It seems kind of flimsy. I had to buy another one. Overall though, I am impressed and happy

Don’t let the fact they’re refurbished scare you
I was nervous to buy a product that was refurbished but the headphones works just like new. The sound quality is perfect they have really good bass. They were in mint condition when I got them. I wish they would have come with a headphone cord and a case but other than that I really recommend this product.

Don’t buy resale headphones
I’m so glad I got the protection plan. The headphones broke two weeks after I got them. The left whole ear slip out and hangs by the cord every time you put them on. Will not buy resale headphone again.

These are not real beats. They work fine, but don’t say they are beats when they are not. I got my husband some for Christmas and needed some extra money a few months later. And they said they couldn’t do anything with them because they were not real beats. You need to say like beats and not advertise them as beats.
