Computer is slow
The computer is very slow, can barely open anything, it’s compatible with WiFi. I try to keep it but I can’t work or do anything. It’s a waste of time buying it cheap, just get the new one. And the mouse and keypad is not compatible with the desktop. Beware

Fraud by the seller
I was very enthusiast to buy this product, excellent brand and good price. But the problem came at the time of trying to setup the iMac, the mouse didn’t work and with this issue I was unable to setup the computer. I went for Apple support and finally they realize that the mouse isn’t an Apple item. WHAT! in the information about the product it only stated the it is refurbished but nothing that the mouse isn’t an Apple. Checking on the keyboard I also can see different the Apple keyboard from the one included. As I said a complete fraud to Amazon and Amazon customers.

Everything I received was in amazing condition and works great.
Something that would’ve helped me would have been knowing there is a small switch on the keyboard at the top to turn it on, the cord isn’t what turns the keyboard on all the way. All i had to do so far was update the computer to a newer version and everything works swell. I got exactly what i wanted !

Sent me wrong model
I ordered a late iMac 2013 and specifically requested the SSD model as I knew a HDD model would be slow. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong model and I had already brought the iMac back on the plane to the Cayman Islands and was unable to return it. I am now stuck with a iMac 2013 with 1TB HDD. I got a $50 refund… which really doesn’t help me one bit. The iMac itself is fine and in good condition however it is super slow. I would highly recommend you steer clear of any of the HDD models on these older macs and stick to a SSD version.

Don’t buy!
There is no way to update the OS. The amount of hoops you’ll have to jump through to get it returned is ridiculous. UPS and Amazon will just tell you to go back and forth. You’ll be stuck with a out of date computer and a $400 bill.

Paper weight
Don’t get me wrong the computer is nice. It’s older however, it’s iOS operating system version 10 which they don’t really tell you which operating system its using or most current. Which means you can’t really use any of the new apps you can’t even install Microsoft windows. So it becomes pretty much a paperweight. You can listen to your music you can check emails but you can’t even download Gmail app.

Out of date OS
A great value verses a new Mac. My only complaint is that it had a seriously out of date OS on it. Lucky for me Apple IOS is free. It just took most of the weekend to download and install. Other than that, no complaint. A 3 on ease of use, because my time machine external hard drive would not communicate with the older OS. This was free to fix, but delayed my being able to use it for a couple of more days.

This unit never showed a screen, it didn’t even fliker, the only thing that happen was a sound “Dooong” from the speakers. It could not have been checked or tested, or checked out. The package it was in had no dents and the unit was very well packaged for any kind of shock.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift and we all well and fine up untill my mother wanted to use it.Surprisingly there was no sound and even apple customer support couldn’t help. The computer is apparently too old for them to help with and now I need to fine a way to either replace it or find some way to make it work.

Misleading
The seller is misleading as the picture isn’t at all what is pictured. The monitor looks newer and sleek and the keyboard and mouse pictured is an Apple product; that is not what you get. The keyboard/mouse is off brand and wired unlike a real Apple keyboard and mice. The extended display to another iMac is tedious and I have yet to achieve it. Overall, if not purchased by my job I would return it and attempt to get a better bang for my buck.
