Ordering

To place an order, simply browse our website, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal.

You may be able to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not already been shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately to request a cancellation or change.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within [Number] days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@azonate.com or through or live chat agents. They will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges will be shipped out once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our exchange criteria.

Unfortunately, the product has to be returned with the original packages and labels. We will not process your refunds if it’s not within the requirements
